Revit LT 2016 Download/Install hangup- SPINNING WHEEL OF DOOM

Hey there!

I bought a year subscription to Audesk Revit LT, but every day, for the past five days, when I try to download/install it by clicking "Install Now", it gets hungup and the little wheel just spins ... and spins and spins and spins! (see attached image)

On Friday, I set it up and clicked "Install Now" before I left for work in the morning. At 7:30 pm, it was still spinning.

What can I do to get this successfully isntalled on my computer???

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, we'll have to look into this to determine the exact issue. In the meantime, you can try downloading from the Virtual Agent instead to get you up and running.
