REVIT: Licensing Error 9

I am experiencing a recurring licensing issue: 

 

REVIT 2019 : Licensing Error 9

 

I have tried the recommended online fix :https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/revit-products/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles..., however, it does not resolve the issue.

 

Are there any other solutions out there? 

 

I experienced this same issue 3 months ago and it required technician support to access my machine and correct the issue. I believe this system should be more responsive. Who has a minimum of 2 business days to wait around for a technical issue to be corrected when it's the program's malfunctioning causing delay? We pay enough for this product that we should be provided technical support within the same day of occurrence. Especially given the time sensitivity some of our projects operate on.

Disconnect yourself from the outside world and launch the product..   Does it work then?

 

I assume you see the same message after you did all the stuff in the linked article?

Error corrected itself somehow. Autodesk did remote in and check my computer setup - they are not sure why my system kicks me of the license server and then corrects itself.

 

Work now, though. Cheers
