revit installation problems

please , anyone can help me ?
I am trying to install the software , Revit 2019 but it gives me an error says " section SETUP is missing ! "

try to remove all your files in the c: drive "temp" folder those cannot delete just skip then try with off all your anti virus program and firewall at start downloading again the file and install and see if helps. thanks
