Revit 2021 Installation DLL issue

I recently installed Revit 2021 and when it come up I get a series of messages come up, such as below. 

"Failed to initialize the add-in "Common" because the assembly "[TARGETDIR]DrxCommon.dll" does not exist."

Revit 2021 loads and I can use it, but I don't know if I am missing functionality.  I have gone through and found all of the DLLs in one of the Revit subdirectories and gone back and reinstalled both Revit and tried to reload the add-ins.  My guess is Revit is not connecting with the sub-directory to find them, but I did a routine install, which should have placed them where they are supposed to go.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
