Revit 2020/2022/2024 license manager is not functioning or is improperly installed...

I've already gone through the generic Autodesk help regarding this issue and some post on here that suggested removing Addso and then reinstalling it from one of the installation folders. Didn't help either.

I've also got R19 and R21 installed but those run perfectly fine yet 2020/2022/2024 don't and give that error within a few seconds of starting. They were all installed with antivirus etc turned off.

The Licensing Support Tool also doesn't list 2020/2022/2024 as being installed at all. The Connections tab shows the api.autodesk url as not being accessible. I have no idea why that would be blocked or by what or how to unblock it.

There's a Licensing and Installation forum. Report your own post and ask an admin to move it for you.

Did you install the latest licensing service?

Of course.

If that weren't the case then R19 and R21 wouldn't work either, right?

Not necessarily? There are occasional updates for the licensing service.

So this:

The Connections tab shows the api.autodesk url as not being accessible. I have no idea why that would be blocked or by what or how to unblock it.

This one won't stop you from activating using the software.

Have you tried a different Windows profile by chance?

Have you submitted a case / support ticket on this?

The ask, as: 2020/2022/2024  have 2 different licensing scheme.  2020 and 2022 are one, then 2024 is a different.

It is up to date at all times... I also doubt a small incremental update would suddenly cause it all to stop working properly. But everything is kept up to date.

Tried a different profile, problem remains.

Contacting support is next on my list if nothing else can resolve this.

@RJU_Vinitex

Can you try one more test:

Can you unplug from the Network / Wifi / Internet etc and try starting the software(s)..  What happens?

I'm the only user on the system. I made a new account to test on and the problem is the same.
