Hello enla,
I have looked over the logs, the errors in the event log starting 4/30 2:15pm show that the system is trying to access C:\users\AppData\.. you will need Admin permissions to this location for Autodesk software.
It also shows 4/30 9:06am EapHost 2002, are you having issues with your wifi connection if so connect directly with an ethernet cable or try another network.
Update: 4/10 4:42 Windows Error Report 1001 Event Name: WindowsUpdateFailure3
Uninstall & reinstall your Windows Update make sure to have a good connection to the internet, it seems you had an interrupted Windows update.
Then conduct the steps below:
- Conduct a Clean Uninstall of the previous installation attempts & use the MSfixitTool to complete it
- Reboot the computer & log in as Administrator
- Clean out the TEMP folder. To open the TEMP folder, type %TEMP% in the address bar of Windows Start Menu and hit Enter (Windows)
- Temporarily disable security settings like Antivirus, Firewall & UAC on your Windows operating system
- Use the Browser Download Method in your Autodesk Account or via the AVA | Autodesk Virtual Agent (download all the parts)
My suggestion is that you reach out to Microsoft if you continue to have an issue. Make sure to have them review the securities on your system.
Thank you,
Natasha
