Revit 2018 URGENT HELP!!

Hi there,

Im in need of DIRE help!

i recently downloaded Revit 2018 under a student account and after installing it, i received this issue ( refer to screen shot). it hapens during the spash page and then just closes the program.

have been at it for about 6 hours trying to fix it, browsing all through the forums and google, so i can finish my university assignment off, and its getting really depressing.

I have uninstalled all other autodesk programs like cad, and revit itself, but it still shows this blank error message.

CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME SOLVE THIS?!

Sorry that you're having trouble installing Revit 2018! Could you try and re-download the software from our Virtual Agent (click on Download Links, choose product and version). Then try the installation again.
