repeated AutoCAD License Activation Problem

I am facing a problem every time I open the AutoCAD program a message appears to me, that I have to activate my license when I activate it and finish, again when I reopen the program it appears and has to reactivate.

You want to make sure all of the updates are installed.

Try activate it while running it as a ADMIN.  Right click on the AutoCAD icon and say Run as Admin.
