Renewed network license only gives one month instead of one year

I renewed license for AutoCAD Civil 3D 2021 Education Network (having verified eligibility).

Expiration date was July 30, 2021.

Received email with license details and link to network deployment instructions.

When I generate network license I only get one month (new expiration august 29, 2021) instead of the one year.

Not sure what to do.

Manage.autodesk.com does not show the renewal, but an email confirmation does show that I am renewed for a year.

Maybe there is a time delay between renewal and the manage.autodesk.com site?

Thank you for reaching out, I see that Civil 3D 2021 was registered to your educational account back in 7/30/2020. 

Educational Software is offered for a set term of 1 year.  When the term has ended & the software license expires you will need to visit the "Get Products" page, re-verify your status & select a newer version.

you will have to wait until your Autodesk Account reflects the new renewal date
