Hi,

Couple of hours i just did renewal my fusion 360 from free trail 30 days into startup. With every solution i read in the forums. But my status term is still expired, but my active plan is already as a startup. Any thought please might help why? or is it okay to leave that status? OR i might be wrong looking at the active plan. Please correct me if i'm wrong.

Hello @Anonymous,

If you initially started a free trial of Fusion 360 the startup and hobbyist licenses are valid for one year, but can be renewed annually. So you will have access to both your trial for a year, then the renewal period you purchased.

Try to Clear the Cache Data to fix the Expired issue:

  • Select the Help drop-down menu in the top-right hand corner of Fusion 360
  • Select Support & Diagnostics
  • Select Clear Cache Data
  • Sign-out then sign-in

Note: This command does not remove any design data. Also, the option for Clear Cache data only exists if Fusion is in online mode. If Fusion is in offline mode (stuck offline, or manually in offline mode), the option to Clear Cache Data will not be present.

Make sure you are working online & have applied all recent updates the latest version is 2.0.5827. Fusion360_checkupdates.png
