Render setup window gone

Hi

I really need help guys.

I use 3ds Max 2013 64-bit and when I press F10 to see the render setup dialog box it does not show up. 😞

why?? I have tried to reinstall 3ds max and it does not help. I have unplugged my other two displays it does not help also. what can I do to get the render setup dialog box back?

I use Vray and I have to be able to change settings before I render.

Make sure the dialog is closed - use the main toolbar button.
Press F10, press Ctrl+Spacebar, press M then use the cursor keys to bring the dialog back into view.
If all else fails then reset your user settings.
