If this is happening on a single drawing I would suspect there's some corruption in it.
I would start AutoCAD and open a blank DWG and run the RECOVER command. Select the problematic file. AutoCAD will attempt to recover the file and open it.
Also this type of question should've been asked over in the AutoCAD forum. This is not an installation or licensing issue.
