Register once site not working for me

Is anyone else having issues trying to register a license on the http://registeronce.autodesk.com site?  This is what I get when I try to use it.  Notice there are no options to enter information in under Product Information.  I opened a case a couple days ago but have yet receive anything back.

Register Once is the old interface and yes it can still be used by why can't you activate it normally through your product?  What product/version and license type are your talking about?

Hey Mark, thanks for replying.

I'm trying to deploy Inventor 2019, Revit 2019, and Autocad 2019 at my school.  I tried to activate Inventor by installing it on my machine and entering the license info in but it told me this:

Register Once - Welcome!

Activation request does not match license type
Your activation request does not match the license type (stand-alone or network).

So yes in this case you'll need register once (assuming these are network based license that you have for the school)..  What browser are you using?  It works fine for me..

Thanks for the help Mark, I'm using Chrome on Windows 10 and I also tried MS Edge browser.  I just tried it in the legacy Internet Explorer and it worked finally.  I'm pretty sure I used Chrome to do it before but oh well.  I'm just relieved I got it to go at last.
