Recap Pro Fails to install

Users,

I have tried all day to install Recap Pro. It gets to about 20% then fails. 
I have tried custom installs, running as an admin... I have tried everything I can think of but no joy.

The log file just says it failed to install the bundle.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi David,

May I know which ReCap version are you trying to use?

Can you try to download and install ReCap Pro 2022 from this page?

May I know if you are able to see the following screen?

Also may I know what is your system? Is it Windows 10?

Do you have other Autodesk products installed?

Can you send us screenshot of the failed installation and the log file?

Switch off your antivirus and make sure you have Windows admin rights before attempting to install.

Anti Virus can't be shut off (company policy).

I have windows admin rights (Windoze 10)

No other AutoDesk programs on this computer.

Yes I see the screen you showed.

As far as the log file..

Yes installing recap pro 2022.
Windows 10.
No other AD products installed.

Hi David,

I'm not expert in installation.

But from the log file, it seems that installing ReCap Photo gives error.

So can you try to uncheck "ReCap Photo"? Hopefully it succeed.

Otherwise, can you try to download and install using the link on my previous msg?
