REACTIVATE PERPETUAL LICENSE FOLLOWING COMPUTER SYSTEM MEMORY UPGRADE

Hello Forum,

We have a perpetual license for Building Design Suite Premium which includes AutoCAD 2021. WE recently had our internal SSD memory upgraded form 512 Gb to 1 Tb. When we open AutoCAD 2021 now, we are advised we have 30 days to reactivate license. Attempting to do so, we are advised we are no longer a subscription holder and to contact our IT department. I am the IT Department. I live in Canada and for the life of me, cannot seem to find a phone number to call and explain my situation. Any help appreciated.

As the IT department why did you not make a clone of the old hard drive with all the software already installed and activated so you can deploy the clone data onto the new hard drive?
