"US Base Families for Revit 2021" unable to be installed

Hi everyone, I've installed Revit 2021 but for "US Base Families", it was unable to be installed as shown in the picture. Does anyone knows how to solve it? Thank you!

You can download the families and templates separately, it is not a problem that they are not installed in the beginning.

To analyze we need the installation log files from your %temp% folder.

Is your C drive really full ? Can you do a "Disk Cleanup" to get more free disk space ?

Yes after the installation the free space of my disk C was just 400MB, I guess thats the main issue which prevents the families to be downloaded.
