"We are experiencing some technical issues. Not all Products & Services are available at this moment. Please try again later."

Running Win7 pro SP1 and I have tried a few browsers (firefox 42.0, IE 11.0.9600.18097) and different times of day and always seem to get this message at the account management console? Could be bad timing and they are running updates, so far 0 for 3 on different days.

Is this a common thing? Is there a plugin I need to enable?

Thanks, I got the software all loaded does no work but its loaded, I just got case opened and gonig to await that since I'm pretty sure due to that error message in the account manager view that is stopping me from registering.

Note to others dont try to register if you need to use the software do it via the trial until you know it is shown on your account manager under products..

I tried all sorts of stuff, basically down to a error 61 in the log file ACDLT2016ENUAdlm.
