Hi,

>> They ask me "proxy autenticathions".

>> I don't have any proxy activated,

Please show a screenshot of that message, but I'm quite sure that this question is from your network and not from the one from Autodesk.

You might try another Internet-Browswer or try to download the software from >>>Autodesk Virtual Agent<<< and install then from the local file(s).

Hello @Anonymous,

Welcome. As @Alfred.NESWADBA try using the Autodesk Virtual Agent. You should temporarily disable your firewall as well.

Windows Firewall Issues

Locate > Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Windows Firewall\Customize Settings

Please keep us posted. Smiley Happy

Hello @Anonymous,

Sorry for the issue you are encountering at launch. This may be due to corrupt licensing, internet block, antivirus block, Internet Explorer LAN incorrect setting.

Try the following series of steps:

-Delete C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet

-Turn off Antivirus & Firewall and retry

-Enable detect settings

  1. Clear the browser cache
  2. Browse to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Internet Option
  3. In the Advanced tab > Reset button to reset Internet Explorer's settings to the defaults
  4. In the Security tab, select Reset All Zones to Default level
  5. In the Content tab, select Clear SSL state
  6. Select Apply

In the Control Panel >> Internet Options >> Connections tab >> LAN settings >>  Automatically detect settings enabled

If the following does not resolve the issue please provide a log. Download Link:  http://www.autodesk.com/aida  > Select "Create Zip File"

Thank you.

Based on the "red" section for the AIDA information.  It appears you don't have proper "rights" to your machine.  Are you sure you have Admin rights on your machine?

Hello @Anonymous,

Welcome! The information you provided is fine. Yes, it seems like a Windows User permissions issue, users must have Full Control permissions (Administrator) to all files and folders in the C:\Users\USERNAME%  directory and registry keys.

 Run through these steps:

-Sign in as Administrator orCreate a New User Account(Full Control user)

-Reboot the machine

-Temporarily disable Antivirus

-Delete Temp items C:\Users\xxxxx\AppData\Local\Temp folder

- Re-install the software by Right Clicking on the part1.exe file downloaded and select “Run As   Administrator”.

(This will automatically extract both parts and begin the installation process)

Please keep us posted on the progress. Thank you. Smiley Happy

Delete as many files and folders in your personal temp location.  That folder location should always be cleaned out every so often.  You will not be able to delete everything but try to clean out as much as possible.

Hi,

>> I'm gonna try the last one: format c:

A proxy is by default not installed on a local workstation, so formatting your workstation probably is not the solution.

A proxy is a device in the network typically between your server and the internet connection (or maybe between your workstation and the internet connection.
