Hi,

 

I'm have problems in instalation.

 

After the download I open the app and during the instalation process appear the menssage: "Network Failure".

 

The internet was working.

 

What is happening?

Hi @Anonymous 

 

Did you encounter a "Communication Failure" error? If yes, kindly check the information and suggested solution from this Autodesk Solution: Error: "Communication Failure" during download and installation. In most cases, this issue is resolved by temporarily disabling the anti-virus and firewall during download and installation and by downloading from the Virtual Agent.

 

Kindly let us know if you still encounter any issues and if possible, please include a screenshot of the error as well.
