Problems when installing - "xms Product Language"

Afternoon Guys, 

 

I have just installed AutoCAD Lt 2018 on my PC at work, we are have issues with the installation process as the attached photos shows.

 

MY PC is on windows 10, not sure if that might be the issue?

 

Also we do have the correct Licence and all that just doesn't seem to be working and when i click either yes or not it freezes and the screen.

 

Any information would be brill, cheers.
