Problema al iniciar 3ds max

Hola, tengo un problema, cuando inicio el programa 3ds max me aparece esto y al dar aceptar, cierra el programa. ¿Alguien que pueda ayudarme con la solución?

There's a number of things that could be causing this issue. Please try the following:

1. Update the graphics card driver to the latest driver from the vendor's site (ie. www,nvidia.com). Once installed, increase the resolution of the screen because the current resolution is very low and could cause crashing issues with 3DS MAX.
2. Navigate to Start > All Programs > Autodesk > Autodesk > Change Graphics Mode
   • Once there change the display driver to one of the Legacy options
   • 
3. Run a Repair on 3DS MAX from Control Panel > Programs & Features
4. Clear out your temp directory C:\Users\<username>\appdata\local\temp
5. Initiate the secondary installer by performing the following:
   • Close any running instances of 3DS MAX
   • Delete the following directories:
     • C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\3ds Max
     • C:\Users\Darin.Green\AppData\Local\Autodesk\3dsMax\2017 - 64bit
   • Delete the following Registry Key (To open go to Start and type regedit then hit enter):
     • HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Autodesk\3dsMax\RegistryVersion21.0
   • Close any open windows and Start 3DS MAX Again.
