Problem with verification email

I cannot activate my student account because I'm not getting the verification email. I'm sure the problem is not on my end because I can receive other emails and I even got Autodesk's community email welcome email.

 

Could you please help me solve this issue?

Thank you for your reply.

 

I can't access the account manager through the link provided because it asks me to verify my email. I can only access my account profile, and I already double-checked the spelling of my email for any mistakes (there aren't any).

If that were the case, what do you I think I could do to solve it? I though of replacing the .edu email from my profile page, but that would prevent me from accessing the student benefits, right?

Thanks I already tried with all the steps shown in the link, without success. 

 

Furthermore, I'm unable to "contact support" because, in order to see the contact options, I must login, for which I must have a verified email. 

 

I saw that in another post an Autodesk's assistant was able to validate the persons email through some other means, thus solving the issue. 

 

Is there any way I can call their attention to this issue?
