Problem With User Interface

Hello everyone,

I recently downloaded AutoCAD 2018 and I am unable to view or create anything on my user interface. What could be the problem and how can I solve it?

Find attached a screenshot of my user interface.

Elaborate please: what do you mean exactly in more detail? Use AutoCAD command names or function names.

Hello, thank you for the reply.
I am unable to view anything on the drawing area of the user interface. The
grid lines, navigation bar and mouse pointer are not visible on the
drawing area. When I enter the command to draw a line it registers the
command but does not display the line being drawn.
What could be the problem?

Hello,

I managed to solve the problem by resetting the application settings. I have attached a screenshot of the dialog box that pops up after typing in the GRAPHICSCONFIG command. Thank you for the help.

I reset to defaults already and the display still show the blank interface like the same. How can I do?
