problem in revit 2017 opening

help please , after i had installed Revit 2017 and i while iam trying to open it for the first time . it shows me this message

First, try to install all available Windows Update. Installing Windows Updates should install Universal CRT and fix the problem. If it doesn't work, you can check other solutions in Knowledge Base here.

Just a guess, is your Operating System Windows 8.1?
