Power lost while installing Revit

Hello all. While installing Revit 2026, power was lost to the computer. I rebooted and tried to continue but now it will only reach 6% until it stops and gives me error 1618. I've followed all of the suggestions on the AutoDesk support page i.e. deleting cache, uninstalling, etc. I also am unable to restore the computer to factory settings, so I'm seemingly out of luck.
