PM2000 Licensing dongle issues

We have recently had to replace our PC due to loss of communication report. We are now having issues with PM2000 not seeing the dongle license.

 

When we test the dongle in HASP it is showing that if recognizes the dongle, but when PM2000 is started it indicates that there is no valid license.

Is there a simple solution?

is this autodesk software?

autodesk stopped using dongles a while ago
