Hello! So, basically, I had this other autodesk account, in which I was trying to download the free trial for Autodesk Maya, as I wanted to test the software. I wouldn't use it for making money or nothing of the sort, but i'm also not a student of any uni or art school, nor am I a teacher. I've just been testing some 3D animation softwares (like blender.. etc) to understand better the overall notions and features of the programs, because I'm thinking of maybe going to an animation college in a couple years. Anyway, I only wanted to use the program for personal learning during the free trial.
Due to some misunderstandings during the personal information filling part, I put that I was an educator - which I'm not - and as I didn't see the mistake on time, I just realized it when a pop-up appeared on my screen moments before the actual installation saying that in some time I should receive some kind of an educator license on my email before proceeding with the download. I didn't find a way to 'cancel' this educator license thing, so I proceeded to delete my account, because I didn't really have any other programs in it, so it was no big deal. But my question is, am I still going to receive this 'license'? And if so, how do I contact Autodesk so they can know that it was a mistake?
Thank you in advance!
