I have no active subscription, only perpetual licenses. Autodesk removed my suite from my account after 3 years due to no active subscription. This creates a problem: I have perpetual rights but can't activate the components.
I have a perpetual Infrastructure Design Suite Ultimate 2020 license. I was on maintenance from 2016-2020, then switched to perpetual in 2020. My Infrastructure Design Suite Ultimate 2020 includes InfraWorks 2020 as a component.
Currently, when I try to activate InfraWorks 2020, it shows 'activate by sign in' option but fails because the suite is no longer visible in my account. In 2021, Autodesk staff verbally told me that products older than 3 years are removed from accounts.
I contacted technical support who confirmed that InfraWorks 2020 should be included as a perpetual component. However, support provided an installer but couldn't resolve the activation issue, and suggested posting here as this may be beyond their scope.
How can I activate InfraWorks 2020 if it's truly part of my perpetual license? Is there a way to restore perpetual products to my account for activation?
