No verification email for education access

Hello,

As i said in the title, I’ve been waiting for over 72 hours, but I still haven’t received the verification email for educational access. I’ve verified once before through SheerID (Spotify Student discount) and it only took 48 hour as stated. I have been checked SheerID FAQs, but it seem like Autodesk haven't sent my request. Can you please look into this issue.

It can sometimes take longer for Autodesk’s verification system to process educational access requests. Check your spam/junk folder, ensure your school email is correct, and whitelist Autodesk’s domain. If it’s been over 3 days, contact Autodesk Education support directly with your SheerID confirmation to speed things up.
