New Subscription: Can't add user

Help.

 

Just bought a monthly subscription to the Entertainment Creation Suite at almost $350 per month.

 

I am unable to add a user in order to be able to actually use the products.  I did select 'add user', and added the information, but no user appears.  Tried this with IE and Chrome with same failed results.

 

I am unable to create a support ticket in my account; it errors out and takes me to a 'technical support page' with no ability to call anyone or submit a ticket.

 

Seems others are having similiar buggy experiences... how do we fix this, and how do we contact any sort of support line??

Hi @Anonymous,  

 

Welcome to the Community. There was a slight delay in the synching of  your subscription to your account resulting in your inability to assign or add any users to the license. We have already re-synched your subscription to your Autodesk Account, the available license is now assigned to you. As such, you should now be able to launch and access the software in the suite by signing in to your Autodesk Account from the product. We also invite you to log-in to your Autodesk Account once again to verify the updates made.

 

With regard to the access to creating a support ticket, that has also been re-synched, however it may take around 24 hours for it to fully sync and give you access to creating a support ticket. In the meantime, if you need to send a support ticket, you may visit our Contact Us page. You may also reply to this post and let us know if further assistance is required.

Great - thanks.  Was beginning to think it was somehow related to the fact that I was a brand new user 🙂

Must be nice.  I've been working with support for over 8 hours in the last 2 days.  First could not add users to our contract, finally after 4 hours support got that working, now after another 4-5 hours user still can't activate the product.  I don't understand why AutoDesk has decided to make users sign in to activate a license.  In the good ole days...2016 I only needed to put a serial number and product key into CAD and it would work.  Planning on starting to drop AutoDesk products as my IT department does not have time for this
