new installation 32bit DWG TrueView2017 English

Hello,

I'm testing DWG TrueView2017 for my user.  I installed the 64bit version on my Windows 8.1 system and was able to use the product without error.   I installed the 32bit version on my users Windows 7 computer and received several errors, all similar, but maybe a different hexadecimal number.  If I click ok enough times, the .dwg file will open.  I've attached one  print screen of the errors.  I am interesting in a product to open .dwg files and wasn't sure of the limitations of the free product.   If there is an issue running it on Windows 7 computers or maybe I need to install a patch or a "full" version, please let me know.  Any help with this would appreciated.  Thanks and have a good day.

As for your error possibly an issue with your graphics drivers:

If your after a free viewer Autodesk also have the A360 Viewer which might be worth a quick look at if your trialing options:

Hi Mark,

Video card driver appears to have been the issue.   My problem was, I upgraded the BIOS and video card driver prior to installing True View.  I found I had to downgrade the driver to an older version from Dell or use the Windows driver version.
