New install of ACAD 2019 cannot acquire a network license

Problem: I just installed a network version of ACAD on a workstation.  When I start ACAD, it gives me a licensing error (0,0,0). 

I am "pretty sure" the license file is good.  Not 100% because this is the first 2019 product that I have opened using my new license file.  I got the license file from the support website and selected all my products at once.  I then copied this license file to my server and that is what the NLM is using.

I am using this same instance of FlexM to manage other softwares (Vault 2018, PDMC 2018, ACAD_E 2018) and that is working just fine.

Things I have done so far:

1.  pinged the server that the NLM is on.  That is good.

2.  Added system variable ADSKFLEX_LICENSE_FILE = @<server name> 

3. Ran the ACAD install as administrator.

4. Looked at the log file under C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\AdLM\ACD2019ENAdlm.log.  I see this.

Why would this be giving the "Fatal Error".  The FlexLM verion reports 11.14.1.3, which I think is the latest version.  Does this give any clue as to what is causing my problem?

according to that it says you are using adskflex 11.12 you may need to upgrade this to 11.14 from here: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/search-result/caas/downloads/content/autodesk-network-license-manager...

It appears you are pointing to the incorrect version of LMGRD.EXE in your license manager.  It still states version 11.12.   When you update your license manager is still maintains the original settings so make sure the path to LMGRD.exe is correct.  Also your license file states merged fmi 17..  Does that mean your current license file was merged with an existing license file?

You are probably correct.  Just saw this in the NLM 11.14.1.3 readme notes.
