Netfabb Premium 2019 education license unavailable due to error

I have been trying without success to obtain the Netfabb Premium 2019 network deploy license for our school computer labs from https://www.autodesk.com/education/free-software/netfabb-premium.

After selecting the license type "School: Deploy with network server", version 2019, OS Windows 10, and language English, a windows pops up saying "We're sorry we cannot provide you with your license details at this time. Please try your request again in 30 minutes. ISA-ERR-002."

But it's been two days and the error box still appears. It does work if the license type selected is "Personal or individual use", so looks like it's only the network licenses that are broken. Did Autocad change Netfabb to a standalone product and neglect to remove the network license options from the license type dropdown?

Hello @awmolloy

Sorry for the inconvenience. This is a known issue please reach out to the Educational Support Team & fill out the >form.<

You can wait to resolve it with them or you can try to create a new edu account & delete the old one on the "Profile" section of your Autodesk Account this may or may not work.

Please "Accept Solution" if a reply or replies have helped resolve the issue or answered your question, to help others in the community.

Hi,

I'm having the same problem. I filled out the form for support two weeks ago but am still awaiting a response.

Thanks,

Andrew

This has to be resolved by the Educational Support Team.  There's nothing we the forum users can do about this.

I was hoping an Autodesk employee might appear and be able to explain the delay from the Education Support Team.

The Educational Support team is a separate entity and doesn't monitor this forum at all.  Others have reported a delay in their response.
