Need the serial number and product key for AutoCAD mechanical 2019

I am a student who purchased the AutoCAD Mechanical 2019 software. Due to some technical difficulties with my computer, I tried downloading the software to another computer. To complete the activation, in auto desk, I need to add the serial # and product key. Can someone please tell me how I can get this information

Most likely you do not have a serial number and activate by signing in. Check on your Autodesk account whether you can see a serial number.
