Need help in fixing the Autocad Fatal Error

I am new to Autocad and I am getting an error (Fatal Error after installation of my system.) I am not sure if it is because of my system or I didn't install it properly or it has some corrupted files. I talked with my friend who told me that it might be because of my memory. I don't have enough memory. It is a DDR 3 Memory (https://www.allhdd.com/samsung-m386b4g70dm0-yk0-ram/) I will have to upgrade it with DDR 4 to use AutoCad

Can anyone help in fixing this error?

• let us know which version of AutoCAD you are having
• if it's updated to the last available update version
• show us a screenshot of the error message you get
