Unable to license a student version of 3ds max. Have submitted an email to autodesk, it's been two days and still no reply.
This issue occurs with every educational install of autodesk software. In the past, I chatted online with support and it was handled quickly. Now, this option is not available. I have a serial number and product key. I've tried online and offline activation.
