Hello,
I seem to be having an issue that the technical team are have great difficulty fixing.
I recently purchased a new licence for Autocad LT 2017 for mac , but when my Autocad LT prompt me to insert the new serial number in, it doesn't work.
i dont get any error message, it simply brings up the activation prompt again. Aside from this, I get an email from Autodesk saying "Thank you for registering" with a confirmation of serial number etc.
The only way I can actually use the product is with the 30 day free trial and my days are now numbered, even though I have paid for the licence.
Can anyone help please?
