my Product Key from ARC is no good,what to do?

    Hi there!I'm a college animation teacher in China.Today I join your Academic Resource Center as institution.And I just have already get 9 Serial Numbers for 1125 seats of Entertainment Creation Suite.My license type is  Multiseat Stand-alone,because I need to install max2015 in several classroom.and then I download [Autodesk_3ds_Max_2015_EFGJKS_Win_64bit_R2_dlm.sfx.exe].

    The problem is when I install Max2015, the Serial Numbers Is ok.but,when I type Product Key 793G1,a red cross show that my Product Key is no good.
I have no idea about what to do,would you guys tell me how to install it the right way?

The product key is working just fine, but it’s for a different installer.

Product keys are not unique, they are stable and have to match the specific installer you are using.

793G1 is for Autodesk Entertainment Creation Suite Ultimate 2015 INSTALLER

You are using a 3ds Max installer- differnet key.  3ds MAX is 128G1
