Good day, I installed AutoCAD 2018 on Friday and it was working just fine but today (Sunday) it's giving me an error that looks like this:

I have the latest .NET installed, latest drivers and windows updates, even reinstalled the application but to no avail. I need help quickly because I have an assignment due early tomorrow and I need to get it done today.
PC SPECS:
CPU - E-350 1.6 Ghz 2 Core
GPU - Integrated
RAM - 2GB
HDD - 500 GB
OEM Mobo
Windows 7 Pro 64x (64-bit)
Side note* I ran the application perfectly fine on Friday with no lag or anything and now it won't launch and gives me the error above... My monitor res is 1366x768 and set scale to 100%. I also installed the 65-bit version of the 2018 AutoCAD not the 32-bit.
This happens even without Chrome or anything else running in the background... Latest updates I'm 99% sure of that too.
