Miss-reported Expiration at Manage.Autodesk.com - please fix this!

On our mange.autodesk.com products and services, there are 9 of our pool of Single User AEC Collection seats that incorrectly shows as Expired. Our third party reseller has been unable to get this corrected. Can I get some help with this?
