Merging 2 autocad contracts together

Hi I would like to ask if we are able to merge 2 autocad accounts subscriptions together. bec its kinda like 1 subscriptions has 13 user expires on november and the other subscriptions has 10 user which is going to expired on december.

I think you would need to contact Autodesk directly. The guys over in the licensing forum can confirm this if you ask over there.
