Maya Rigging Tools

Somehow I can't figure out how to properly install Maya Rigging Tools..  I am using the Unreal Engine 4.15.0. and the Maya Rigging tools folder only has a a "P4Python.tps" and I have no clue to what I should do next. I have two different computers and it works fine on the one, but on the other I struggle so much with this. Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure to check the requirements for the plugin to make sure you have the right version for the plug in. This link is from the Unreal website check the folder for the plugin How to Download.
