Maya Licensing Error

Maya 2020 is showing that my educational access has expired even though it is not. I have spent almost a month trying to figure this out chatting with Autodesk Help and emailing the installation team and others. Nothing has worked and I keep getting linked to Autodesk support pages that I had already tried before reaching out for help. I have reinstalled 3 times.

Is there any way I can get this fixed?

Hi @averyberg,

Just because you have educational access does not mean you automatically have product access.

On https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview start the download of the Maya installer, which will trigger the license being registered to your account.

I have done this as well as uninstall and reinstall several times.
Is Maya 2020 supposed to be visible on my "Products and Services" page for my account?
It only shows Maya 2019 on that page.

I have only ever downloaded Maya 2020 from the same page you provided: https://www.autodesk.com/education/edu-software/overview

I have singed out and resigned back in inside of the program.

It says that my educational access has expired.

Today is my last day in the free trial. I was hoping to be able to use my educational access to use Maya 2020, but my issue hasn't been resolved.
