Maya 2019 continually asking for serial number

I have installed Maya 2019 on iMacs in one of our labs and the software continually asks for a serial number at launch. I have activated all of the computers without issue. The serial number appears in the License section as it should. But the software still continues to ask for a serial number each time it is launched.

Hello @jorgensonk,

Thank you for posting. It seems you created your account improperly you have both a Student Account & a Educational Institution Account. 

If you are the institution's IT personnel setting up the lab licenses it requires "School IT Admin" account. I recommend deleting the account & creating a new account properly selecting the account role/purpose.

Unfortunately this did not work. I created a new account as you suggested, choosing School IT Admin. I received a new serial number for Maya and went through the licensing process on a newly imaged computer. However now I'm getting the attached error message.

Follow this guide to reset the license activation information, then try again.
