Maya 2015 Installation Error

Hello,

I ve tried downloading Maya 2015 and it downloads and when I go to install it, it pops up with an error saying "Product download consists of multiple files. At least one of these files is missing or has not been downloaded yet?

What does this mean? how do I fix it?

Welcome to the Community. The error you received indicates there are multiple parts or files to the software installer. For Autodesk Maya 2015, there are actually two parts for the Windows installer. You can download these from our Virtual Agent instead. Here's the link to instructions on Downloading Software using the Virtual Agent.
