Locked to read only

I have recently reactivated my personal plan for fusion360, however the app continues to report I have an expired subscription and I am locked to read-only mode. When speaking with the Ai assistant for help it shows I am on an educational plan, and because of that I am not elligible for help. Not sure how that happened as I have only ever had a personal license for fusion360. Please help.

@xnemesisx You most likely used a log-in for an EDU license and not the one for "personal use". Is there another log-in you might have not used in a while?

How long ago was this personal license activated?

I only have one log in for fusion, linked to my personal email. The personal license was first activated a few years ago, but just renewed via prompting from the app a day or two ago. In the app when I click help>about it shows "Active Plan: Personal". When using manage.autodesk.com the only thing I can find related to fusion is under products and services and then trials and shows a trial start: March 5, 2025, and a trial end: April 4, 2025. With only options to purchase an annual or monthly subscription.

Following support documentation using the service utility, and clearing the cache did not help. But, after uninstalling fusion and then re-installing it, when running it now correctly shows in the window title bar "Autodesk Fusion Personal (Not for commercial use)". I am able to edit and save. So the problem seems to be resolved. Thanks.
