I spoke with someone this morning who was able to help me with a AutoCAD licensing issue. I would like to speak to someone again but can not find the function now. I do NOT want to speak to 'Ava' I don't NOT want to search the forums.

I want to speak to a HUMAN that I don't have to re explain the situation to. Surely this is not to hard?

This is a user based forum and we have no clue what your case is about.  What licensing issue do you have?  Live chat is through ava.autodesk.com and type chat with agent and state your problem and connect with an agent.  Is your case still open or closed?  You can reply to the email containing your case.

My problem is still unresolved and I am not able to access live chat through the above method. Only function I get is to speak to Ava.

Are you saying no agent are available or something else?  What is your issue that hasn't been resolved?

Live Chat through AVA is only available on a first-come first-served basis, it is not an infinite resource. Free always has a price.

If you can't wait or catch a break, contact a reseller in your region, see if they have a technical expert that can help: this may not be a free option.

Or explain the problem here, someone might just know the answer.

Pick an option, no need to tell us how much you are frustrated, we've all been there, done that, and we understand, we are all end users just like you.
