Linger put on license by single user

I have a single user that every time they either start their PC, or first run of ACAD 2019 they grab a license and end up with a Linger on the license. 4545300 time to be exact.

My mill only has 4 licenses, so to have one always locked to that user is a bit of a headache.

There isn't an option file set with the LMTOOLS FlexLM that we are using. I can't seem to understand how this user is always getting the license in the linger state. If it was one of our ENG's or Draftsmen I wouldn't care, but that is not the case.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Linger means they borrowed the license.  Did they borrow the product license?

I will check with the user. I don't work in ACAD myself, only the administrator so I wasn't aware they could borrow the license seperatly than when it automatically grabs a seat when we open the software.

I don't know about the linger part, but you should look into the options file set up as you can specify timeouts for license to prevent users starting the software and consuming licenses while they go out of the office etc. 

You can also prevent specific users from borrowing and/or limit the borrow time.
