License Transfer Utility does not sign in HELP please (using Mac)

Hi..

 

I am using a MAC and I am trying to Export my license, but when I click on the License Transfer Utility(English) icon and then click on "sign in", 

nothing happens.Smiley Sad

 

Does anyone have any idea why it is not opening? I don't get a window or error message or anything.

 

Please Help

Welcome to the community!

 

Have you tried shutting down the License Transfer Utility (LTU) completely, including going into your Activity Monitor?
