License restart access problem

My educational license expired so I had to restart the access. As I was filling out the student verifying email information the website froze and it was not responding, so I refreshed it, and the website was blank, so I never got to click the submit button on the submission summary. However, I did get an email that my access is valid for one more year, but when I opened the software and also the account to check it does not seem that way. Also, when I log in and go to the educational access it shows that I have extended the license for the following year.  I've even downloaded a new version in order to renew the access, but the problem persists. I have attached a screenshot of the message that I get in the software app and also the email I received.

Hi @martina_stoeva, it looks like your software license hasn't been updated yet. Would you please follow the steps below to complete the renewal process?

To update your software license:

  1. Visit Autodesk Education Software Overview
  2. Select any product there (other than AutoCAD may be better to select) and then choose your role.
  3. Click Submit and then select the Access Product option.
(Please note: you do not need to download the software you have chosen—this step is only to renew your license.)

When I tried to select, for example, Revit and then clicked Student role, it just took me to the page to install the software. It looks like it's skipping the submit page somehow.

Hi @martina_stoeva, it looks like you have solved the issue by contacting the education support. I have marked my previous reply as a solution as you needed to update your software license by selecting a product other than AutoCAD.. Please visit the Autodesk Community again if you have any questions in the future.
